These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of hotel.adamvacations.com (the "Website") and all hotel booking services offered through it by Adam Vacations Private Limited ("Adam Vacations", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

• "Website" means hotel.adamvacations.com and all associated pages, features, and services.
• "User", "You", "Your" means any individual accessing or using the Website.
• "Booking" means a hotel reservation made through the Website.
• "Service Provider" means the hotel, accommodation provider, or third-party supplier whose services are booked through the Website.
• "Supplier API" means technology platforms including RateHawk and other hotel distribution partners through which we source hotel inventory.
• "Confirmation Voucher" means the document issued to you as evidence of a confirmed booking.

3. Nature of Service — Intermediary Role

hotel.adamvacations.com acts as an online intermediary and facilitator connecting travellers with hotel suppliers. We do not own, operate, manage, or control any hotel or accommodation property. All accommodation services are provided directly by the relevant Service Provider, and the stay itself is subject to the Service Provider's own terms, conditions, and house rules.

By making a booking through the Website, you enter into a contract with the relevant Service Provider for the accommodation. Adam Vacations' role is limited to facilitating that booking on your behalf.

4. Booking Process

Hotel availability, rates, and room types displayed on the Website are sourced in real time from our connected Supplier APIs including RateHawk. Prices and availability are subject to change until a booking is confirmed.

A booking is confirmed when you receive a booking confirmation email from Adam Vacations containing a booking reference number. In certain cases, confirmation may be subject to supplier verification, in which case you will be notified of the expected timeframe.

You are responsible for ensuring that all guest details entered at the time of booking (including names, dates, and room requirements) are accurate and match the travel documents that will be used at check-in. Adam Vacations accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate information provided by the user.

5. Pricing and Payments

All prices are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes and fees unless otherwise stated. Prices are sourced from our Supplier API partners and are subject to real-time fluctuation. The price confirmed at the time of booking will be honoured for confirmed reservations.

We accept payments in USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, AED, INR, and other currencies as displayed at checkout. Accepted payment methods include major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), bank transfers, and other methods displayed during the booking process.

Adam Vacations may apply a service fee or convenience charge in addition to the hotel rate. Any applicable fees will be transparently disclosed before you confirm your booking.

All transactions are processed through our PCI-DSS compliant, SSL-encrypted payment gateway. Adam Vacations does not store full card details.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation terms vary by hotel, room type, and rate. The specific cancellation policy applicable to your booking is displayed on the room selection and booking review pages before you confirm. Please refer to our full Cancellation & Refund Policy at hotel.adamvacations.com/refund-policy.

• Free cancellation bookings: Cancellable at no charge up to the stated deadline.
• Non-refundable bookings: No refund is available once confirmed.
• Partially refundable bookings: Refund terms as stated at the time of booking.
• Adam Vacations service fees are non-refundable unless the cancellation arises from an error on our part.

7. Changes and Amendments

Requests to modify a confirmed booking (change of dates, room type, or guest names) are subject to hotel availability and the applicable rate's modification rules. An amendment fee of USD 50 per booking may apply in addition to any charges imposed by the Service Provider. Please contact our support team to request any changes.

8. Check-In, Check-Out, and Hotel Policies

Standard check-in times are typically from 14:00 (2:00 PM) and check-out by 12:00 (noon) local time, though these vary by property. Early check-in and late check-out may be available on request subject to hotel availability and may incur additional charges. You are responsible for complying with the hotel's house rules and policies during your stay.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on hotel.adamvacations.com, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the intellectual property of Adam Vacations Private Limited or its licensors. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any content from the Website without prior written consent from Adam Vacations.

10. User Conduct

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, introduce malware or harmful code, use automated scraping or data-mining tools, or make fraudulent or speculative bookings.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Adam Vacations' liability arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website and any booking made through it shall be limited to the booking value paid by you for the affected booking. Adam Vacations shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of enjoyment.

Adam Vacations shall not be liable for acts or omissions of the Service Provider (hotel), including but not limited to overbooking, property quality issues, changes to hotel facilities, or service failures.

12. Force Majeure

Adam Vacations shall not be liable for failure to perform its obligations under these Terms where such failure results from events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government travel restrictions, strikes, civil unrest, or acts of terrorism.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurgaon, Haryana, India.

14. Amendments to These Terms

Adam Vacations reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
